Everything Cafe is the latest offering from Heather and Co. located just on the edge of Chinatown. The cafe serves up a selection of sandwiches made from the same kitchen providing Salty Tongue Deli and coffee from Intelligentsia.

A Saigon Cafe is located in the Wailuku area of Maui on Main Street. It’s a Vietnamese restaurant situated next to a seedy looking motel of the same name.

Aloha Mixed Plate is a Hawaiian backyard barbeque served up on beach front property with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. Located on Front street, a bustling strip in the Lahaina town of Maui, Aloha Mixed Plate dishes out a seemingly random mix of Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Japanese and some good old fashion American cuisine, all humbly onto an eco-friendly paper plate.

Our regular readers may have noticed far fewer tweets, and an absence of posts during the past week. There was a reason for that. Case and I took a week off to visit the beautiful island of Maui. Although we had some Internet access, it wasn’t the most natural thing to jump onto the computer when surrounded by all this wonderful sun and sea. To make up for it, we’re attempting to document the culinary part of our trip.

If you’re a schmuck who doesn’t know better, you’d probably head to the Subway on the corner. Otherwise, you’d be smart to duck into the Euro Pastry House, a little sandwich shop within a hidden mall on Mainland.
